How many guests does the property host at once?

A maximum of four – both out luxury suites are designed for two adult guests. This way Alaya Verde always reflects our calm, secluded location and allows everyone plenty of space. The only exception to our ‘four max’ rule is when guests book all our accommodation, usually for a special occasion or celebration.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. A generous seasonal organic breakfast is included every morning of your stay, served on the terrace and usually featuring fresh fruits and eggs from our extensive kitchen garden.

Are children welcome?

Alaya Verde is a unique haven of peace and tranquility and so we’re for adults only.

Are pets allowed?

We love animals but ask that your pets remain at home so there’s no risk of disturbing our resident wildlife.

Do you offer dinner?

Yes – but only on request so be sure to let us know in advance of your stay: when you book your room is ideal. Your freshly-prepared meal will include our own produce along with other locally-sourced organic ingredients. $270 AUD per couple.

What should we bring?

Warm layers for cooler evenings are a good idea depending on the season, along with outfits and footwear to match your planned activities. Our suites are fully stocked with linen, robes, and Mukti Organics toiletries, so you can leave those items at home!

How do we book?

We love welcoming our guests personally, and when you book direct with us we can ensure your stay is perfectly tailored just for you – right from the start. Feel free to call or email if you have any questions, or go right ahead and book here.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10:30am.

Is there a minimum night stay?

No, but we have a maximum 14-night stay policy.

Can we cook our own meals?

Yes, of course! Our gourmet kitchen in the shared inside pavilion is at your disposal along with the outdoor barbecue area. Just bring your ingredients!

One of the best B&Bs in Noosa! We immersed ourselves in the tranquillity of the environment, which was perfect for dissolving our city life stress. The dinner prepared by Duncan and Gina isn’t to be missed. The scallops were so tasty and the barramundi and dessert were perfect. We enjoyed our holiday very much and we so much appreciated their attention to detail. We highly recommend Alaya to everyone and suggest coming here as a family to build more memories. We will be back!

This was a truely awesome location and a wonderful relaxing place to stay at the end of our holiday. Although it is a little bit of a drive from Noosa it is worth it. The accommodation was perfect. The pool was definitely our highlight though. Breakfast was yummy and the hosts were really lovely. Seeing all the wildlife was also exciting for us.

I went there for a relaxing weekend away with my partner. The views were stunning the owners were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Loved that there can only be two groups/couples at any given time. Out of the way but only a short drive to Noosa if you are looking for things to do. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful. I stayed in the Blue Room which was large and well furnished with every amenity you could wish for. I spent my days swimming lengths in the generous pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and watching the many wallabies munching on their grass. Don’t forget to book the three-course meal – the food was delicious. The treatments were also excellent.
